Implantaten

Kijk zo ziet dat er nu uit...of zo kan het eruit gaan zien!!! Implantaten......vorig jaar al werd wat voorwerk gedaan en gister was het dan zover. In alle eerlijkheid moet ik zeggen dat de angst voor de ingreep erger is dan de ingreep zelf. Je hoort uiteraard alles dat gebeurd...........er wordt geknipt, geraspt, gevlijfd, geboord en geschroeft....maar voelen als in pijn...echt geen centje. En ook van napijn is tot op heden geen sprake. Inmiddels is het ook vele malen blauwer dan op de foto...maar ach dat is bijzaak toch? En voorlopig ben ik er ook nog niet klaar mee......zou ik het weer doen?......ja hoor! Met de tandarts en kaarkchirurg die wij hebben zeker.
So this is what it looks like......or how it can look. Implants......end of last year I had some preparing of the jaw for implants. Well yesterday was THE day. And to be honest I have to say that the fear of having to go to the surgeon is worse than having the implants placed. Ofcourse you hear everything being done ......but I felt no pain at all. Even now I've had no pain what- so- ever. In the meantime my jaw is even more colorful than in the picture.....but that's no big deal. But it's not all done yet...it takes about three more months....first the implants have "to settle".
Would I do it again........definitely...especially with the dentist and surgeon my family has.
